PLEASE NOTE: At Bobyor.com customer's satisfaction is very important to us and once we complete your order - we will send you a sample of the completed work for your approval. You can send us payment after you are happy with the work done. STEP 1 EXPLAINED Select effects for one photograph at a time. You can choose more than one effect per photo. For example you have a photo that is black and white that needs some restoration. You would like to have it repaired and transformed into a colored photograph. In this case please click on "Select button" on "Photo Restoration" option located on the main page. Choose your options and click on "ADD TO BASKET" button. Now repeat the procedure for "BLACK AND WHITE TO COLOR" effect. Please note: Each effect you choose adds an item to your basket. To view or edit the contents of your basket - click on the "VIEW BASKET" icon located on every page. Each specific effect can appear once in the basket. To modify the effect that is already in the basket just reselect the effect from the main (home) page. The order of effects selected doesn't matter. STEP 2 EXPLAINED Before you submit your information please make sure to view your basket and delete all the effects that you don't need for this photograph. Once you are ready to proceed to submitting your form please click on the "CHECK OUT" icon. The "CHECK OUT" page presents you with 3 options: Send Via Web E-mail Us Mail Us The easiest and fastest option is "Send Via Web". Simply fill out the form, upload your photograph and click on "Submit" button. If you prefer "E-mail Us" option, please zip all your photographs in one file and send them to us. If you do not have a Zip tool - then you can submit your photographs each in separate E-mail. For example if you chose "BACKGROUND EFFECTS" and need to submit us more than one photograph - please send us the photographs in separate E-mails. Please use "Mail Us" option if you do not have a scanner and would like to send us your original photograph via mail. Please remember to include your return address, phone number, an E-mail address and the print out of the filled out effects form. If you do not have a printer please describe all the effects in your letter. Our recommendations: We recommend using "Send via Web" option for fastest and easiest order processing. If possible, please use at least 300 dpi for better photo quality when you scan your photograph. STEP 3 EXPLAINED After we receive your information we will evaluate the price of the work that needs to be done. Unlike other websites with similar services we evaluate each order individually so that you do not have to overpay. Once we determine how much time your order will take to be completed we will respond to you with an invoice. If we received your order via Web or E-mail - we will respond within 24 hours. Normally it takes 2-3 hours to get the invoice. Customers who choose to send us your order via mail will receive an invoice once we receive your information. If you do not have an E-mail address we will contact you by phone. Once we completed your order we are going to send you the photo for your approval. We will work with you until you are happy with the results. After you are satisfied with the photo you can send us the payment.
